Are your products safe?

NGC's products are generally considered safe when taken and used in the appropriate listed doses. This does not limit the products from producing adverse effects because all medicines have side effects. However, herbal medicinal products are widely considered to be of lower risk than conventional medicine. Please consult with your health care provider before consuming.

Do your products work?

From prior experiences reported from clients who have used the products, the effectiveness is at its peak when following the instructions and the formulas to completion. Including more plants in your diet/meals supports the herbs while doing what they are called to do.

How often do I need to take to see results?

​​

Noticeable results can vary significantly based on what is being ingested. Herbal blends affecting the nervous system can produce noticeable effects in a short period, such as 20-30 minutes. Some nervous system herbs may take longer to have noticeable effects, such as Ashwagandha, which usually takes up to three weeks to see a difference in anxiety and insomnia. Tonic herbs typically take longer to see results due to their slow, deeper acting properties. Bitter herbs usually produce results within three days of ingesting and get the digestive system flowing through bitter taste receptors.

Should I consult my doctor before using?

It's always suggested to consult with your primary care physician before starting herbal preparations or inform them and your pharmacist of any herbal preparations you are currently taking. This will help decrease any adverse reaction with herb and drug interaction.
