    Pre-Cleanse Instruction:

    Before starting this cleanse, consider a pre-cleanse lasting 7 days to 2 months with a nutritionally controlled fast. Avoid fast food, junk food, or deep-fried foods. Focus on high-quality fresh vegetables, fresh vegetable juice, low glycemic fruits, and fresh fruit juices. Moderate intake of whole grains, legumes, and beans.

    Cleanse Instructions:

    Begin by taking three capsules around 6 PM with 8-10 oz of spring/distilled water and continue with three every evening for 14 days. Adjust the dosage if needed for optimal bowel movements. In case of diarrhea, reduce to 1 capsule twice daily. For best results, perform this cleanse seasonally.

    Remember to drink plenty of water during this cleanse.

    After each 14-day cleanse, ensure you take a 7-day break before resuming, allowing your digestive system to work independently.
