Elderberry
Cinnamon sticks
Cloves
Ginger root
Mullein leaf
Rosehips
Astragalus root

Contraindication(s):
Not recommended for use during pregnancy. Elderberries should not be eaten, only brewed. Safe for children to consume at the recommended dosage.

Ingredients:
- 3 1/2 cups of water
- One elderberry syrup kit
- 1/2 cup of honey/agave (use agave if you have a honey allergy)
Instructions:
- Bring water to a boil and add the elderberry syrup kit.
- Cover, reduce heat to a simmer for 45 minutes to an hour.
- Remove from heat and strain the herbs from the liquid.
- Allow the strained liquid to cool before adding the honey/agave.
- Pour the syrup into a mason jar and store it in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.
Dosage:
- Adults: 1 tbsp twice daily
- Children: 1 tsp twice daily
For cold and flu-like symptoms, take recommended dosages every 3-4 hours, not exceeding six doses in a day.
