Yoni steams
Yoni, a Sanskrit term for the sacred portal to life, is the focus of yoni steaming—a practice that physically, emotionally, and energetically clears the womb of harmful energies and toxins through steaming. While the vagina is self-cleansing, our Yoni Steams herbal blend aims to rebalance this sacred space, offering a moment of relaxation for women to connect with themselves and express gratitude for their creative center. The benefits include relief from abdominal cramps, hormonal balance, reduced PMS issues, relief from heavy bleeding, menstrual cycle regulation, vaginal tightening, potential support for conception, accelerated recovery post-childbirth, strengthened uterine walls, and potential assistance with vaginal odors.
For optimal results, avoid steaming while bleeding, and it is recommended to steam before the onset of menstruation. Ideal frequency is twice a month.
How to Steam:
Ingredients:
- At least 2 hours of free time
- Yoni Steams herbal blend
- A pot for boiling water
- 6-8 cups of water
- A bowl to sit over
- A few thick blankets to cover your lower half
- Candles and a journal (optional)
Procedure:
- Boil 6-8 cups of water in a pot, then remove from heat.
- Place about ¼ cup of the herbal blend in a bowl, pour hot water over the herbs, cover with a lid, leaving a small opening for the steam.
- Prepare your steaming area, either using the toilet or sitting over the herbs on your knees, leaning forward.
- After allowing the herbs to cool for 5-10 minutes, sit over the steam, draping blankets around your lower half to keep cool air out.
- Sit for at least 20 minutes, focusing on releasing what you desire from your womb.
- Discard the herbs in the toilet or return them to the earth by tossing them into the yard.
- Rest for 30 minutes to an hour, allowing your body to relax and the herbs to continue their work. Avoid immediate work post-steaming.
Remember, steaming twice a month is recommended.
